Founder’s Day and Investiture Ceremony

The school campus was filled with an air of excitement and enthusiasm on the 2nd of October 2011. This day is a very special one for the staff and students of the school. The Founder, Mrs Zainab Taher was congratulated on the occasion of the 38th Founder’s Day. Together with the Managing Director and the Executive Director , Mrs Taher has worked tirelessly to take Arab Unity School to the pinnacle of success. Every staff member and student would like express their gratitude to the Directors and wish them continued success. The next highlight of the programme was the Investiture Ceremony . The students were inducted to the Student Council.

The march past , the oath taking and speeches by the Headgirl, Headboy and captains of the Girls’ , Boys’ and Primary Section was electrifying. The newly appointed members showed confidence and exuberance, and promised to do their duties to uphold the values of the school.

They received an ovation from the student body.

FOUNDERS DAY È

PRIMARY SECTION

The academic year started off with the inter house Annual Quran Recitation competition for the girls and boys on the 28th and 29th of September 2011.respectively.

The recitation was of the highest standard and it was a joy to hear the participant reciting with confidence and proper intonation. The audience was well disciplined throughout the programme.

The Managing Director, Mr A. H. Taher graced the occasion along with the Pricncipal, Mrs Sunita B. and Mrs Dianne.

Congratulations to all the winners and special commendations to all the other participants.
